Now that most of the systems have built-in HDDs, or expandable memory, which are the best to mod? I've been playing homebrew apps/emulators on my Dreamcast and PSP for years now, but I'm interested in hearing what's new in the more recent consoles... I've heard of "soft-modding" an Xbox, playing "virtual" virtual console games on the Wii (through the WiiKey/Action Replay GCN hack), hacking the 360, etc... From personal experience, what's the best system, and avenue for... ...retro emulation? ...game backups? ...homebrew apps?
