Lets see isn't it 16 oz to a pound? 50/16= 3.125 lb the recipe calls for 1 3/4 pound so just double the other ingredients and see how that works out.

If it's not right then blame it all on Joe.

    Yup

Come to think of it to double 1.75 would make 3.5 do do just a little less than double the other ingredients.

    I'm making this: http://www.food.com/recipe/Cracker-Barrels-Hash-Browns-Casserole-Copycat-15242

Took some home from work that a co-worker brought in its just like the real deal My wife loved it and wants to do it for Thanksgiving. Except we are gonna put those onion rings like for green bean casserole instead of corn flakes.

yeah its too late... and I fucked all up. next time I will just got buy it.

I made a green bean casserole, came out great... and as I was making it , my guest list got bigger... so I added 2.5 boxes of take out rice to it - to fluff it up a bit. so 9 cans of french cut green beans, 4 cans of cream of mushroom, 2.5 boxes of take out rice (2 days old), splash of milk 2 large cans of the crunchy onion stuff.... was good. but my pee smells like onions.
