it all has to do with DNS servers and ISP's. Fugly changed hosts hence they had to have there DNS point to a new IP address, Well rule of thumb is most ISP'S cycle these DNS entrys every 24 hours (unless you are on a huge ISP like AOHell, or Earthlunk, they do it like every 4 hours) and if you are like me stealing service form a local carrier that you sell drugs to, you are lucky if they are updated once a month
