Ive actually rafted on that river, not too bad, of course you should see the waterline from a flood they had a few years back, there are trees layed over stuck in the hills about 40ft over the water.

 

It's funny, but that movie is the key reason I will never go rafting.

 

Our guides were pretty cool. The crappy thing was the lake that it dumps into only allows 25HP motors or less. So the old man that had to tote us back to the loading zone was a john boat. With 6 huge rafts tied to it, it took like an hour....after 8 hours of rafting.....
