Me too. I can think of nothing better than having dinner cooked for me by Rokusaburo Michiba (my favourite of the Japanese Iron Chefs). I love how he always writes out his menu - very cool.

And Chairman Kaga is a fucking scream. Do you think he's gay?

Well, he's certainly theatrically flamboyant, to say the least.

    I actually prefer Kinishiwa.

Iron Chef America is retarded and not worth the effort of watching.

There's an American one? What's the point of that?

To stroke the egos of douche bags such as Bobbi Flay...

Would that be this Bobby Flay?

Today's ingredient of the day is "cheese", apparently.

    The one and (hopefully) only.

May I change my mind? I actually prefer Sakai as Iron Chef.

Yes, Sakai is an excellent choice. I also love the commentary from the floor: "Asaka san, I can answer that ..."

I love the Japanese voice over's when it's tasting time.

"So, Chairman, what is your thought?"

"Well, I must say, as I've always enjoyed the taste of briny fish scales, but this is a masterpiece of culinary artistry"

    *Japanese actress/judge giggles vehemently*

Chairman asks Iron Chef, I love the smooth texture and the sour that plays like a rainbow upon my lips...what was that exotic white syrup used in the finish?"

Iron Chef to Chairman: "Buffalo Semen"

    "Most excellent!
