I thought Mr Black's line, "No, twas beauty that killed the beast" needed to be cut or given to someone I could take seriously. He said it and I laughed at how serious he was trying to be. I kept waiting for Kyle to jump outand start rocking.

The recreation of NYC in the 30's was great in and of itself - I agree, it was a fine movie.

Been a fan of Peter Jackson ever since Meet the Feebles and Dead Alive... :D

Peter Jackson directed, he and that Walsh chick wrote it. Michael J. Fox at his best!

Speaking of JB & KG, what happened to "Tenacious D: The Pick of Destiny?" Did it get shelved so we could enjoy "Nacho Libre?"
