ok, ok, ok so we all know the man with gems like the jersey trology, dogma and J & SB strike back recently I've seen him a number of times w/ the inside scoop about Ben Afflek on shows like et or inside scoop. I just saw him the other day on an ad for a dvd recorder.... whats the deal here? do these marginally sucessful, insightful and funny films make him a useful marketing tool? maybe it was that delightful cameo made in the recent comic book movie Daredevil thats won him so much prestige can't exactly say he sold out but it seems a tad strange to me. thoughts? he's somehow been talked into letting J'lo play the role in his up-coming movie Jersey Girl... what a fucking bunch of shit
I had a roomate tha twas all into artsy fartsy crap, and he used to get like short films, that students would make. and remember before clerks, there was an art film by kevin smith, that had a charater like Jay, and a duchebag reminsant of butt head (played by kevin smith) in a black and white film, where he was going to confront his girlfriend that had been cheating on him... it sucked..
It actually does not surprise me one bit that Kevin Smith, from Jersey, wants to use Jennifer Lopez in his Jersey Girl film. New Jersey consists of virtually nothing but fucking Mexicans these days.
Nothing beats Southern Ca in terms of Mexicans. Southern Texas probally runs a close second though. Riverside. East LA. Costa Mesa. All hispanic. Those mexicali girls sure are cute though. But they age like shit.
The unseen belly of Las Vegas is also high in this respect, they run lots of the kitchens down there. None of the fancy cool places, of course.
