oh, hell. you're right. maybe i am 150% drunk already. or just delirious. i've been diagnosed with 'exhaustion' so i'm more stupid than usual. going through my notes though, instead of the almond oil/marjoram for the other problem, you could use a castor oil base with geranium, sandalwood or even tea tree oils, do the same massage and the colon will balance itself out.
no! abdominal massage. it's really good, it helps with IBS, fibromyalgia (big time) and most of all anxiety. we're doing a lot with abdominal massage and anxiety right now. it's amazing what emotional issues women keep in their tummies. everything from confidence and self esteem to past abuses and traumas, even anger management.
