    I walked today it was fun I walked at work and here and there. It was very fun. I had a chicken salad sandwich again at work. because there so good.

    I will share more with you as I think of it. I even yawned a few times today too.

    Seriously. Knock it off. You post too much and most of what you say is ridiculous. I'll hand it to you, some times you come up with a good idea and that's fine but nobody wants to have to sift through all this shit.
