You know what is interesting is knowing how much fat is in Bacon and noticing that does not look all that much different than the really cheap ground beef on sale at some stores. On a different note I have wondered for a while what it might be like to mix some chicken or beef liver with sirloin to make burgers. That might be good actually I love chicken livers when they are cooked right.
