Immigrant Education at it's finest.

I went to court today for my car accident. The girl who hit me father insurance is refusing to pay stating I ran the red light even thou I wasn't given a situation or found at fault in anyway. She pleaded guilty. This was her 2nd offence of driving without a license.

The cop told me she was 14 turns out she was 17. She is 17 and is a High School Sr. She is also Illegal and hardly speaks English.

This is her statement from the police report. Now keep in mind she is a Sr. in High School who told the Judge she has a B avrage.



Turns out the school puts the non English speaking kids into a "special class" They are not required to learn English to receive a diploma.

 

what was her sentence? Im sure your insurance company will sue her, and they have spanish speaking lawyers

 

Oh I went to McCourt today. It was nice Fast Food Justice. I'm coining that term by the way.

The Judge setup all the people who admitted guilt to DUI first. He would deal with them after court. Then he cleared all the Lawyers things that were there.

Then he started with everyone present. He would read off a type of offence. Like No Seat belt or Speeding. He would say if you stand up now you admit your guilt go to the clerk pay the fine & it won't go on your record.

The only people who appeared in front of him were involved in an accident or Minors. The minors all payed fines and were given driving school one Saturday.

Since the girl who hit me was on her 2nd offence she got driving school again and the judge asked her to pay attention this time. That was it.

Yup I went to McCourt with Judge Fucking Ronald McfuckingDonald.

 

well., look at the positive, she plead guilty, so you can take a civil suit against her. You can and will win a judgment, so if she ever gets a legal job, or hits the lottery, or ever attempts to get a loan, she has that judgment against her. trust me, she is 17, in a few years she is going to want to rent an apartment or something, and she wont be able too until she pays you off. I would defiantly file a civil action, post haste, you will get your insurance claim, she will get hammered by your insurance company, and you. She will be paying judgments until she is 30, or she hits the lotto

 

Or she goes back to Mexico with her B average.

 

A B average will do her a fat load of nothing in Mexico. I'd take Dwaine's advice. And learn Spanish, you ignorant lazy ass.
