Despite my limited number of posts, and the cleverness of people in this forum, I'm surprised the worst insult I've been called thus far is "slumlord". On a daily basis, my tenants come up with a variety of amusing slurs about myself, members of my family and my ethnic group, all while maintaining a combined IQ of 30. In fact today I was called a "nigger" for the first time. Which is ironic, seeing that I am Caucasian and and this person is black. I believe the correct term for me is "nigga", isn't it? Please advise. I'd like to point out this seemingly subtle yet significant difference to this tenant, in my future conversations with him.
This is a little known fact. Mike Williams works as an apartment manager here in MD. I should post some pictures of the crack-houses that some of these people call home.
