I think I have finally gotten to a point whre my office is too small. That or I need a lot bigger desk.....

Maybe you need to go vertical. Double-decker desk, chair with a scissor-lift, you're in bid-ness.

Why would short people be less limber?

 

Well with short arms and legs it would be tough to be as limber as a taller individual with the same weight/girth configuration. The longer appendages give the appearance of being more limber. If her leg isnt long enough to reach behind her head than no matter what she does, it just wont reach. A taller person doesnt have to combat those issues.
