It wouldn't be a small device, for a boom big enough to create a mushroom cloud, it'd be a device the size of a shoebox, as the rod they would need to split would be roughly that size. Backwards. Hiroshima was split U235. An atomic bomb is composed of Uranium. A thermo-nuclear device uses hydrogen, which is not split, it is fused. A small nuclear device wouldn't replicate a meltdown. It would look nothing like a meltdown, so everyone would be the wiser.

And this tactic of using a so called rouge terrorist’s organization like Hezbollah to accomplish your means while claiming innocence has got to go. When Hezbollah threatens American interest all over the globe then Iran threatens American interest globally.
