I have had this hamster for like 9-10 months now. The 9 year old really really wanted it. Of course like everything else he really wants, he couldn't care less for it after 2-3 weeks. Well the baby loves it. I mean really loves it. I am surprised he is alive. cause it never eats the nutritious 14$ food I buy. the food bowl has not been touched at all in forever. It eats whatever we eat. The baby is always feeding him waffles, fruit, nilla wafers, fruit loops, raisins, french fries and all kinds of other crap. When the baby is gone for a weekend... everytime you open the door the fat hamster runs out, looks for the baby, sees it is just me, runs back into his house. Last night I cleaned the cage... and forgot to put him back in it. I had put him in a happy meal box (its all I had). Well he was not in the happy meal box the morning. ... so I come to get on the internets, was sitting here and it walked across my foot, scared the shit out of me and I kinda kicked it into a wall. Then realized it was the hamster and picked him up. I think he has been knocked retarded. I feel bad. I think he will die... if not die, be retarded forever. I know the baby will look for him as soon as he comes home... I dont trust another hamster not to bite him... he puts this one in his shirt and plays with it for hours. I dreamed of death (my dad) last night... I took it as warning of someone dying.. I hope this was it and no humans in my family die.
