Okay so you have some back problems. Probably related to your weight. Does the pain in your lower back radiate anywhere? How long have you had the pain in your back? Anything make it worse like bending forward or bending backwards? When you are laying flat and you raise either your left leg or your right leg to a 90 degree angle does that make the pain worse? Do you have any pain radiating from your back to below your knee?

I am assuming you have type 2 diabetes? I believe you said you were hospitalized a few times for diverticulitis? What other chronic health probles do you have? Any surgeries?

So you are having diarrhea? Is it basically brown water or what is the consistency? Any blood in your stool (shit) ? How long have you been running a fever? Do you have any abdominal pain or nausea? If you do have any abdominal pain where is it located? Is it sharp or is it dull? When you palpate your abdomen do you feel any tenderness? If so where is the tenderness located?

 

How low have your blood sugars been running? What do they normally run? What was your hemoglobin A1C last time you had it checked? What types of diabetic medications are you on? When were you diagnosed with diabetes?

 

I just recently discovered the diabettes, so its new, my sugars run from 25 to 203, once my glucometer just said "lo" I have a broken Coyxix, and a previously fractured vertibre from a car wreck, I have a herniated disk, and this isn't like a back pain, its like a little to left side, like my waist, and my buttock, Oh and the rediate i have nerve damage from the disk, so I am in constant pain, but I am used to it, so Ill survive, I take Metformin 500Mg once a day, there is a small amount of blood, I think from excessive wiping, and I had an 14 inch section of my intestines removed and reattached in 2000

And My Diaherrea is like brown water, pissing from my ass with a few blood droplets, and I can piss, but it hurts to piss, like I got the clap

Well we can fuck around talking about this but your going to have to go see a doctor anyway as soon as possible especially with the history of bowel surgeries, blood in your shit and a fever. You need to have some tests run and a physical exam and the whole deal.

As far as the pain on urination, Have you been having sex with hoe bags lately? It's pretty uncommon for males to get urinary tract infections unless they are old and have enlarged prostates which keeps them from pissing out all their urine which allows bacteria to grow. UTIs can cause referred back pain as can prostatitis, appendicitis, abdominal aneurysm, perirectal absess. Are you having to piss more frequently? When your done pissing does it feel like you still need to piss even though nothings coming out? Are you downing alot of caffeine like diet mountain dews?

If your blood sugars are running consistently low then they are going to have to adjust your meds. Metformin is a good medication to start out with.

Yeah, let me know. I'm still learning it's good practice. Been on vacation the last week. Have to start internal medicine monday. If it is gonhorrea or chlamydia (most common) they can just give you some antibiotics to clear it up. Herpes is the one you can't get rid of. Infections and shit like that can fuck with your blood sugar levels.

 

If you want to learn more about some of the health problems you can do a key word search for emedicine articles which are written by experts for doctors. Type in for example diabetes and emedicine. Just make sure you are reading the one that was written for doctors to read and not for the patients to read. The ones written for patients are dumbed down. Also you can learn alot of stuff about low back pain, diverticulits, ect.

Alright alright. So they probably make better ob-gyns....Hell I don't know I haven't taken that rotation yet. Anyway this is fugy. Why sugar coat it? If I had any real trouble I would want a male doc with a good head on his shoulders and 30 + years of experience. I'm discussing a topic that was brought up by Ferine. That topic is how alot of chicks even freaking doctor chick are full of alot of naturalistic healing bullshit. You don't detect a retraction. The thing is there are some really smart chicks who go to medical school. Problem is most of them aren't really smart and that means they have to make up the difference with dedication to being good. Most of them aren't willing to do that because they are more concerned with other stuff that chicks are normally concerned about. I don't feel the need to spar with you as the crap you like to argue about it so freaking idiotic that I just change the topic and hope someone else jumps in.

I do agree with you about women Doctors though I have a different theory of why they can never be REAL doctors.
