Start with the chest. Where exactly is the pain? Is it over the sternum, to the left or to the right of the sternum. Is it under your rib cage? Is it sharp or dull. Does it radiate anywhere? Do the chest pains happen on exertion or at rest. How old are you?

Its under the ribcage. Its a tightening pain. It usally start mild then i will have an attack in the middle of the night where it fills like my chest is beinf crushed and i have shortness of breath and get dizzy I can't get up or walk without falling down. It just feels like someone wraped a belt around me and is pulling for all there worth.

Does the chest pain always happen when you are at rest or does it sometimes happen on exertion? Always at night? Are you able to run a couple of miles without any problem, Does sitting up relieve your shortness of breath? Are you having any nightmares?

Suggest you seee a cardiologits and get them to order an echocardiogram. This will give you a definitive answer as to whether it is heart related including valvular heart disease and and possible narrowing of the coronary arteries as it allows visualization of the hearts motion as well as heart valve motion and blood flow. Also it will give you your ejection fraction or how much blood your heart is pumping out per beat.

Assuming you are not mistaking acid reflux which would be a burning pain worse with laying down, worse with alcohol, sour taste in mouth ect....

Also stay away from cocaine which can result in spasm of coronary arteries resulting in a myocardial infarction in young people.

Then your chest pains are probably stress related. Follow Samanatha's advice. She is wise beyond her years.

How crass of me. Sorry, let me "duck" out of your thread so that you can continue making a fool of yourself.

Oh, and do you know anything about "intermittent rotational vertigo"?
You know, people who are so special that they feel like the whole world revolves around them? You might consider making it an area of your specialty, since you are a poster child for the syndrome.

    Quack, Quack.

Oh I see Dr. Phil we should be fair about this thing and consider everyone's opinion becasue even if it doesn't make any medical sense it makes everyone feel like they are apart of treating GrimJesus's medical condition and gives them a sense of worth.

Ok Dr Dan, I can see that you are taking this internet clinic seriously.

If that is true, then please help me with a medical problem.

Here lately I have pains in my right side, below my rib cage. It is similar to the pains that you get when you are out of breath from running. It doesn't happen that often, maybe once a day. Any Diagnosis?
