I was out in Tx last july, in College Station, it was over 100, but it felt like 80 back home. I was suprised how different it felt without the 100% humidity. Nothing like 100+ degrees and 100% humidity. Makes it freakin miserable to go outside.
Yeah, 104 in El Paso is not as bad as it sounds. Its hot, but its bearable without the humidity. 110 in Kuwait is not so bad once you're used to it. But, 139 degrees is HOT, PERIOD. Dry heat, yes, but so is an open flame. The Middle East sucks ass.
I remember back in the mid eighties it got to 115 and 110 range on a regular basis in Houston during July and August. And yes its really humid there.
Houston is humid. That's where our flight in landed. Its bad when its 90 and it is really comfortable....
It reached 101 today in Maryland. Stayed inside all day, went to eat at Longhorn's for dinner, came out and there was a massive thunderstorm, so the temp dropped about 20 degrees. I can hit the pool tomorrow without melting.
102 in Riverside county yesterday. 98 in Carbon Canyon. 82 in Newport Beach. It's costly to live here in Southern California, but the weather is always nice at the beach.
Here comes the sun, here comes the sun And I say it's all right Little darlin' it's been a long cold lonely winter Little darlin' it feels like years since it's been here Here comes the sun, here comes the sun And I say it's all right Little darlin' the smiles returning to their faces Little darlin' it seems like years since it's been here Here comes the sun, here comes the sun And I say it's all right Sun, sun, sun, here it comes Sun, sun, sun, here it comes Sun, sun, sun, here it comes Sun, sun, sun, here it comes Sun, sun, sun, here it comes Little darlin' I feel the ice is slowly meltin' Little darlin' it seems like years since it's been clear Here come the sun, here comes the sun And I say it's all right Here come the sun, here comes the sun It's all right, it's all right
