Does it happen in both Firefox and Internet Explorer?

If it happens to you in Firefox, please do this so we can see exactly what happens when you get redirected:

Open Firefox and go to this page and install the addon called Tamper Data
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/966/

This will allow you to see every request made by your computer to Fugly and Fugly's reply back to you.

Once it is installed, open Firefox and from the top menu, select Tools, then Tamper Data. A window will popup and will begin to record everything while you surf the site.

Go to Fugly.com until you get redirected. AS SOON as it happens, stop surfing the site and go back to the Tamper Data window.

What I need to see is the top frame of that window where you send a request to the site and are then redirected. Tamper data doesn't allow you to save that log but you can take a screen-shot of your screen and send it to me.
