    Don't know if this belongs here but I've been on a diet since May 12. Find it at http://www.fatloss4idiots.com/ if you are interested. I'm not spamming. I don't get money for this but, in case you wonder which diets are BS and which work, I have tried this one and lost 32 pounds so far. It's kind of strange but it works for me.

    Just sharing.

    Congrats. I still think an inflammatory bowel disease is a good way to keep the weight down. :p

    No, it's a 1 time $39 fee. You can generate as many diets as you want from there. I'm down 37# as of this morning.

    I like what they say on the website. Hell, I spent $39 last night eating Blackened Scamp at Rousso's. Maybe I give it a shot.
