Deleting own posts/ editing

How do we delete are own posts??? :shock:
I'm a newbie here....wouldn't want to post something I can't delete if I had to ..

Actually we had the edit feature for about a month till Hank Lu sccrewed it all up by going back and deleting 80% of his posts like a pussy.
