    a woman gives birth and the doctor starts beating it on the floor and scrubbing its face into the wall. and the woman is screaming"what the hell are you doing to my baby" the doc throws the baby in her lap and says" just fucking with you...it was already dead"

    That would be Kentucky, one of the inbred states. FYI, Kentucky's number one cash crop is illegal marijuana.
