Do you think it's a bad idea? I know if it is done improperly you can have a stroke and shit, but if you just crack your neck... I dunno ALL DAY, do you think it makes it worse? My neck cracks when I just turn my head and I can take my hand and push the back of my neck upwards and it will crack up my spine to the base of my skull.

Apparently no one has neck/spine issues here.

    Alone again (naturally)

Story of my life. Quit bitching.

As far as the neck thing goes, I do it several times a day, with one hand at the back of my cranium, and the other on the tip of my jaw. Once in each direction usually gets an average of 5 good 'cracks' out of it, and it feels better at the time.

I'm kind of curious, as well. Waiting for some 'real' input here. Where's Dan? I'd thought he'd hop on WebMD right away and provide us with his professional opinion.

I can just push the back of my neck with my hand and it pops and it crunches when I roll my head around. I don't think thats normal.

I'm fucking falling apart, I tell ya.

Try going to a chiropractor to have your spine aligned, they do help sometimes. I used one after a motorcycle crash when I couldn't sit for more than ten minutes without pain, it worked wonders. Now I can sit all day and it doesn't bother me at all errrrrrrr nm.
