Inspiring video nature is an awesome thing. John Denver was a true artist in that he really liked to sing about what he was inspired about. This is a rare thing. Most singers are not artist in the first place basically do to this fact. And most singers are factory designed and tweaked by the industry to fit a niche audience. Like adult adolescents for instance that never grew up and still think mean scary bands with staples in their forehead are cool. John Denver was unapologetic about the fact that most people had no idea about what the hell he was inspired about. He did not care that they did not understand and never would. He knew there were many who did. Such as for instance the people in the video. Have you ever been to the Rockies Dan? I have never been to Colorado but I have been to the Rockies in New Mexico. And as for me I have to say it was awesome.
I have however logged many a mile through the Smokes. Just as inspiring but at the same time different. Pictures are awesome. Songs a little hokey however volume knob on the speakers fixes that. New Mexico trying to catch that rainbow This would be the best song for a South East U.S. pictorial Ain't Just Whistling Dixie
I think I went when I was a kid and my father took the 4 fighting brats and the mother throwing telephone books on the way for a 2 week car ride out west kind of like the national lampoon vacation movie.
