I don't believe I would qualify for this program. Plus I already have a cell phone. Can't be a trucker nowadays without one. My problem isn't my income. My problem is the debt that arose from being out of work for 5 months due to a heart attack. Once my bills are caught up, I'll be just fine. Unless I have another heart attack.
Sounds to me like free healthcare wouldn't hurt. Imagine that, no debt because of medical bills. But conservatives would rather you being in debt and uncertain about the future, being in bed with the insurance companies and all. It's more profitable to treat than it is to cure.
