Can anybody look up a license plate for me?

Texas plate# 3CY K78

I just need a name and an address.

If anyone can do this for me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Have not done that since the early 90's. Call from a non tracable phone to the sherifs dept. Any one of the controll room floors at the jail. They have ncis access. Tell them you are office Smith calling from a pay phone cause your radio is down and the dispatch line is busy. Tell them you need a trace in a liscense plate blah blah blah.

No come to think of it don't do that.

I worked for the Sheriff dept. and have been in the floor control rooms when the officers have called there to bypass waiting for someone in dispatch just to do a quick trace. And I have had regular citizens that new the system call in when I worked the control room. I even had an inmate call me once. I could tell by his voice who he was and called him out on it.

It did not work on me, but trust me it works. Typical jail guards are stupid.
