The biggest fear being a manager is that one day I'll kick out the wrong kids and the others ones will still be noisy. Usually customer descriptions are vague, but hiding behind a wall and listening can usually identify who it is. I had to kick out about 12 kids the other day, they claimed it wasn't them and seemed mature about it. I asked who it was then, they said no one, then I escorted them out. They seemed nice enough, began to think the customer was just lieing and the noise they heard was just harmless whispering. Then two of the girls shouted at the top of their lungs "I'm on my period you fucking bitch" To which I was in full confidence it was them then. We got out the camera, took their picture. They usually never come back when we do that. But fuck, when did kids become such assholes? Another story for the books, I was training a employee how to do announcements (telling customers to shut up and turn off self phones). He was shy, bit quiet, but that's not the story. After he was done, a asshole kid shouted "You'll be a virgin forever" to which one mother slapped the kid on the back of the head and started insulting him fucking harshly. She was saying stuff along the lines of "You little shit, the kid is just trying to do his god damned job" and "Seeing a comic movie opening night and talking about being a virgin. Oh your one to talk". It was the funniest shit I've seen all year, both the kids friends were fucking terrified of this woman and the whole time her face was beat red and the audience was laughing their ass off at it. The kid left about 15 mins into the show, he didn't ask for a refund. Glad to see the newbie didn't have a bad night because of it, he's a really good guy.
