I essentially need the a program that does for making DVDs out of home movies what photoshop does for pictures. Something that will allow me to add my own audio (mp3/wave) to clips, have 'boxes' inside of a window (like what you see on the news when a correspondent is reporting from inside the little box in the corner of the screen, with both video feeds at full fps, the ability to do 'popups' during a live video, silouhettes over a video feed), etc. Suggestions?
That's a tall order but Muvee Producer does good work with clips, stills, and mp3s with nice transitions. Very user friendly.
User friendly is a big plus for that type of app. My dumbass can never seem to get that shit right. If it works for you Lomo please let me know. I have a friend that I have hardly spoken to for the past year (I suppose I could load up MSN IM and get hold of him) that is pretty good with that stuff and he likes to edit with Vegas and then burn with one of a few different utils once he makes an image file.
listen lomo, these humps are clueless, I am making $800+ a week now on bootlegs, this is ALL the software you need: 1)Firefox web browser, Test it out here 100 DVD+R's for $24.99, no postage, it's weird, I've ordered them on Monday and they were fed ex,ed Tuesday, then there has been times it took 10 days, so I keep 200 disks on hand 2)utorrent downloading server 3)book mark these sites: http://isohunt.com, http://videoeta.com, portforwarding.com, and http://joblo.com. video ETA shows release dates of films and ESPECIALLY DVD's, they are released. 4) Install Utorrent, and use the port forward site, make sure you have an open P2p port (can quadruple download times, from 40Kbps, to 300+Kbps, and I have hit 2.1Mbps once) 5)Go to Isohunt, download NERO ULTRA 7, And Winrar, and Lastly Isobuster. While they d/l, go to Video ETA site and make a list of navvies you want, you can usually get DVD's 4 to 2 weeks before there release. 6)install Nero, Winrar, and Isobuster, go back to Isohunt, and get movies you want. I usually load up my Utorrent, but pause everything but one film, so it runs fast.. 7) while d/ling your film, go to http://joblo.com for artwork (menu shift) 8)put blank in tray. unrar, or ISObust film to an AVI (or MPG) if you need too. Should be around 700mb. 9)go back to Utorrent, un pause next movie to download) 10)open Nero "smart start", select make DVD movie (not VCD or SVCD), follow wizard, depending on ram, processor burner, etc, it should take 1 hour to 3 hours to make DVD, at the same time, it should take that long to download next movie. 11)exit Nero showtime, and don't save the files you made, they are 4,5 gigs, open smart start, and select copy DVD movie, make 5 or so copies, its 8 minutes a copy this way. 12)go to step 4 or six, and repeat. I sell DVD quality films, you cannot buy yet for $7 and DVD;S you can buy, and cam's for $5. I have about 15 people I sell too, so it stays stable..... You have read Cap'n Scum's Guide to in-turd-lecual poop-erty piracy >.< PS Who's da masstahah? Shooo nuff'!!!!! PPS *pops out 7th copy of united 93
Bungie, I am moved by your tender concern and utmost 'straightforwardness' - That gave me quite the chuckle.
