Another one for our resident Arcade (and console) Guru

I've been playing Gran Turismo 3 (fucking awesome game!) on the PS2 for the last couple of weeks now. And there is a song among the backing music which contains heavy use of a Hammond organ.

What's the name of the track and who's it by? (There is a music track listing, but I'm fucked if I know which one it is!)
