Does anyone think America has lost it a bit? I'd like to know if any americans on here are bothered about not living in a democracy anymore. What do you guys think?

 

yeah, I think that america has lost it.
they picking fights with everyone now like a petulant child (especially that strop against the french - "ow, you're not our friends anymore because you didnt go along with us so ner!!")

 

I agree, im not saying all americans are being childish, or that they're stupid but the people in charge, ie Bush, Powell are eventually going to tee up america with a slap in the face from the rest of the world.

You wanna know what America's fucking problem is? I mean, look around. Seriously. You hate just about everyone you see on principle alone most of the time. Fucking big ass SUV's with nary a scratch on the paint, nor more than one passenger, American Flag stickers plastered all over (I mean, come on people: If you're gonna put stickers on your car, at least take the time to make them straight!), maybe a window flag and a sticker of Calvin pissing on <corporate logo>. Pasty, fat, stupid cowlike walmart disciples hungrily slopping down their double whoppers with cheese (diet coke, please). But this in and of itself isn't the problem. It's the fact that we just don't think about how the world is going to perceive the way we live. Then we get all upity when someone makes a bad comment about us. They immediately become our enemies.
But still, that's not even the problem here, it's this: They blindly accept and encourage an increasingly larger amount of governmental control IN THE NAME OF FREEDOM.

I love it here, don't get me wrong. I might not make the best ching, but I have a big ass SUV with american flag stickers all over it, and sit back with a nice bongload of terrorist supporting marijuana after inhaling my whopper.
