That's a good idea. Maybe if you register too high, the phone shuts down too prohibit your verbal vomit. Keeps you from having to make the judgement yourself.
Or for calling for a ride....... They need something so you dont bang a skank. I found that was more detrimental to my relationships than calling them when I was drunk. Usually the drunk calls were like this, "Hey, Im on the way home, meet me there. What? What do you mean it's too late? No, I guess you're right" Click "Hey you with the club foot. Whatchoo up to tonight?"
