I have arguments on both sides of the issue but ultimately I agree that if its not your relationship then its not your concern.

We gotta do something about freddy bro, I'm through trying to reason with his monkey ass. I'm just wondering what would be the best coarse of action, I've got no reason to hold anyone back anymore. It's obvious that we tried, but since he so blatantly refuses to cooperate, he needs to go (by force if necessary). If you want, I''ll let you lead the charge, should everyone of us go into an all out assualt until he leaves, or should we try some other coarse of action? You've got the reigns now man, I'll follow your lead in whatever you think will be the best coarse of action.
