Yeah it was LA..was livin in socal at the time and they were showin it live..nailed some cops pretty bad..don't remember if any of them died or not tho..think it was in 99...they were wearin kevlar too..
the two bank robbers were wearing kevlar I meant...that's why it took so long to take them down..one killed himself..the other kept goin till they nailed him with a head shot.
