Crime does pay, I just saved 100$ by taking this cellphone, now I can use that money on somthing better.

A hundred bucks is pretty expensive for your self respect. Don't ask us to condone that crap. I'm pretty sure we would all vote to convict if given the chance. Also, in the end your lawyer fees and court costs will outweigh any small net you make. It always happens. I have paid quite a few myself but not for stealing.
