Is it possible to have one without the other? Brilliance is usually tempered by deficeits in other areas. Einstein is a good example - a man who developed astounding theories, yet had difficulty with daily routines. So was he really smart? Stupid people often develop brilliant defense mechanisms to hide their deficiencies. So are they really stupd? The joke about the bleach is that the chlorine will clear up your gene pool.
