LAME! the only good part of American Idol is when they show all the freaks and psycho's auditioning. If you can find video of Mary Roach(e) I strongly recommend it.

that edited video doesn't even show a fraction of her insanity. some news sources are suggesting that Foxx is exploiting the mentally ill, specifically b/c of Mary, and I think that's why that video is so heavily edited. She was growling and pacing around- totally bizarre.
I doubt that they understand that she is mentally ill. Most people just label behavior like that "weird or bizarre." She looked like she was in the middle of a serious depressive or bipolar mixed episode to me. All the symptoms were there. Add a little Histrionic Personality Disorder and a little Cocaine, and you have the making of a prime time ratings explosion. Maybe somebody will get wise and sue on her behalf for the exploitation and exacerbation of symptomology. You know that the screeners knew that she couldn't sing and was batty as hades. The only reason they let her audition was for the spectacle. A lawsuit would be would be interesting. Barry

well now i understand everything. there are tons of retards and freaks in the media, i dont know why they'd stop putting them on display now. the audtions were comical, and the only part i'd watch of that crappy comercial show.
Never seen the show, but I watched the clip. I think she's an actress. Some of those are actors... to make it more interesting.
