Pictures of Polar Bears From My Vacation to

Churchill, Manitoba last year. Churchill is located on the west shore of Canada's Hudson bay and every year a bunch of polar bears try to cross when the bay freezes to go and kill seals. The weirdest thing that happened the whole trip was that a little kid fell out of the "tunda buggies" and a huge polar bear picked her up like a little rag doll by grabbing by her pant leg. Those damn things bounce around so much I guess it was bound to happen at least once. One of the guides shot the bear with a dart gun and it must of scared the bear because it took off running with the kid and tried to dive in the water. Fortunately the bear let loose of the little girl and she floated up to the top and fished her out. Apparently only minor injuries but it really freaked everybody out. Anyway here are some of the pictures.

That's why it's great, it has no respect for man, just views it as another food source/link in the chain.

Nah, they can bite. As a matter of fact they said they can kill a 500 lb seal with one swipe of their paws. The biggest one we saw was probably over 2,000 lbs and stood 12 feet tall on its hind legs.

 

Polar Bears are fucking Ninja's I swear on that. I was watching the Discovery Channel and they showed about eh 200 or so Walrus's on a rock front. Bear notices them and swims on ova.. gets on the rocks. No Walrus see's the damn thing and it swipes the fuck out of one, nabs a baby Walrus. The mother attacks the bear, and then gets bitch slapped herself.

 

you went jsut to see the bears or family right? otherwise, who the hell take a vacatio nto northern manitoba???

I highly doubt it, Polar bears dont give it up that easy.

Well I am going back to Manitoba next week to go on another polar bear expedition. I am already stocking up on bear treats to feed them with.
