A US federal appeals court has reversed a judgment awarding 1993 Playboy Playmate of the Year Anna Nicole Smith $US88 million ($113m) from the estate of her late billionaire husband J. Howard Marshall.

Looks like she'll have to eat Trim Spa for a little while longer...
