http://maddox.xmission.com/c.cgi?u=creeve That's some funny stuff, but of course there are relevencies between the lines. He died on my birthday...should I be creeped out? Or make jokes about the party we had over here celebrating his return to whatever you believe in. Oh! I also had mormon missionaries come to the door! Stoned as fuck and in no mood to debate the moral footholds of spirituality. I asked if they send the shitty missionaries to Utah.
NO he wasn't on my list, and I was gonna post taht Maddox article too this morning but my cokmp was running slow and I was looking at bring late for work. A band I used to be in had a song called "Supermans in a WheelChair" "Lex Luthor you don't have to hide Superman would rather die He cry's himself to sleep at night Wishes he had some kryptonite" We were cripple hating hardcore...
I was going to get all self righteous here, but realized I don't have much of a right to considering that I say far worse things about people on a daily basis. I agree w/Reizvolles though. His life wasn't easy.
What do you mean his life wasn't easy??? I know pets that have it rougher than that sack of shit, give me a fucking break, your bleeding heart bleeds for the wrong mother fuckers thats for certain....rough life, give me a fucking break...
Sometimes, when I take a dump after a big weekend, it's comes out so solid and so thick that it tears my arsehole slightly. Is that classed as a travesty that should evoke more sympathy than a rich man who moves around by blowing into a tube?
Well I have never been crippled from the neck down, but then again I have never lived half my life as rich snobby elitist either. But I have nothing to do with it, there are plenty of fuckers out there that deserve peoples sympathy other than some pampered asshole, fucking take a look at the world we live in, then tell me how rough Reeves had it....
Oh shit! I forgot all about that... Damn, I made that like 2 years ago... Heh... sorry, Chris...
Chris reeve is dead, who cares? He no different than anyone of the millons of other cripples out there that I hope die soon. But, hey I do admit that I loved the superman movies, they where awesome,
You see, tragedy doesn't discriminate. It makes no difference whether or not he was rich or famous. The simple fact is that he lost the ability to do everyday shit. I can't imagine how horrible it would be to not be able to wipe my own fucking ass. Granted, he had better doctors and better care, but it didn't change the fact that he was crippled... I can't help but feel sad about that. All in all, the best things in life are free.
Well he did get crippled for free, and I did get to read about his sorry ass blowing into a tube for free, and all the laughter I got from it was free, so I gotta agree with Barfy on this one.
