I hope you aren't trying to learn how by watching that stuff.
In any case, try using Kazaa, WinMX, or whatever Peer to Peer filesharing you have(or can find)....and just do a video search for "fight".

instead of "fight" search for "faces of death" - 'ardcore fights amongst other things

 

Take your camara & visit my local high street on a Sat nite... ( I suggest you take an extra memory stick with you too )

 

or search for "bum fight" on your favorite fileshare progam
