I just went to delete my history... but I deleted my favoriites.... How do I get them back??????

I concur. Everytime I go to check something in my 'faves' - it always was a site that I'd meant to check out, but never got around to, and in the meantime got taken down.

Go into your recycle bin, and see if they are there. If not, you're fucked.
