We're flirting with the idea of turning Fugly into a pay site. We're trying to find the program that will allow us charge the LEAST amount possible per month for access. So far this is CCBill.com at $2.95 per month. This might be the only thing that can save us. What do you think? Would you pay $2.95 a month to have access to this site?

Making Fugly a paysite would be a unique idea, but highly unlikely to work. I am saying this as a joe blow consumer here. I found Fugly.com totally by accident, I was heading to Fugly.net and thought for three months, boy, Fugly.net has changed. People paying for their humour? Unlikely, there are thousands of similar sites on the www. People paying for use of a UBB? I have already mentioned in a thread that I knew of an empty (free) one, it was out of respect for this website that I didn't post the link. None of these faithful fuckers have credit cards, how the fuck are they going to pay their $3 a month? But that's beside the point. Just wanted to say, I don't think Fugly will work as a paysite from a consumers point of view, sorry. Prove me wrong by all means, please, the victims section is the funniest thing the web has ever produced, but by the same token the video section is available 24/7 elsewhere. Topper
