I had a great family growing up then my parents got divorced around age 7. By age 12 my mom went from being a well off house wife, to full blown drug addict. Well anyway this is why I went to jail I came home from shopping and she had a large truck and was loading up my shit. We got in a bad redneck catfight. I was sure I was in the right since its my house, she never lived there, and she has record. But when the cops came they saw a tall butchie bitch and an old lady. I went to jail, she went to the hospital. It happened o a Saturday so I had to stay till court on Monday. It sucked bad! Well now I have court this month. Never been in type of trouble in my life, but my lawyer says not to worry that the worst that can be handed to me is community service. But he thinks it will get throne out. Still worried and wanted to know if anyone here has or has known anyone with a Domestic Violence case. A friend cop got me a black & white copy of my mug…. I love it, have you ever seen a woman look so pissed. Ok now I shared some white trash dirt on myself… and no I don’t live in trailer park. I know some of have HAD to have gone to jail.

in my younger far less knowledgeable years i did time (8 months) for common assault/assault with a weapon, i had been in court previously and had other assault chargers thrown out, not exaclty a pleasant experience. i still have my bail agreement papers from when i was released.

It all depends on if the "victim" shows up (your mother) if she doesn't the judge will probably dismiss the case. Or if she shows up but tells the Judge she doesnt want to presecute and it was a mutual fight, will probably get it dismissed too. no I cut the bottom off, I tried to resize it so it would not be so huge. And yes I have had hot nasty sex with women, but none were nasty.
