Heh... a buddy of mine sent it to me, I thought it was funny as fuck. That guy *really does* look like "Doc" - and I never would've seen the whole Jason Biggs/Li'l Mac similarity. I forget what that guy was on, I first thought it was that shithead from the Lethal Weapon movies (Danny Glover?) - I think you're right, though. Some black sitcom whose name escapes me right now.
