well we have treadmill, elliptical (sp) and a row boat thingy... have a weight set coming. .. and he wants the ski thingy.. but I think the ski thing works out the same shit as the eliptical. I know once I get a tv in there, and can dvr certain shows... and would like to workout one hour a day m-f not up to that yet. . I also have a pain in my ass.. like a pulled muscle pain. I wish Billy Blanks would move in and just yell at me all day... till I am like 100 smaller
Well get mad, crazy. determined. Go nuts working out like a mad woman. If your friends are not commenting that you have gone insane then your not hitting it hard enough. Get over that first bump and when you start yo give up you will start actually seeing gains and know that its just time if you stick to it there are no limits to possibility.
