That is one big ass cactus if I could manage the logistics I might procure it myself. Would look cool in the corner of the yard by the pool and not drop leaves in the pool.
Lomo you should take some good high res pictures and post them on cactiguide.com in the identification thread. To see what species it is. I bet you would find someone who wanted it also.
My mom has a friend that ID'd it, I cant' seem to find the genus/species name right now looking through emails, but I know it's there. Not to worry, however - the second buyer couldn't get approved for a loan, so I'll probably have the luxury of waiting until the cactus is finished with it's growth period and prepares for the winter before unearthing it.
Trust me - I have no problem finding some mofo that wants the cactus. He happens to be typing this response.
