You have to see this Obama is attacking Drudge for exposing his lies. But watch Obamas attack video and then watch the actual Obama video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0XCl6OHgiM Making it sound like he is saying something he did not say? Really? Well let's see. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fpAyan1fXCE
Obama soliciting informants to tell on you. Call For Informants: If You Oppose Obamacare, Even in ‘Casual Conversation,’ the White House Wants to Know About It From the White House website: Emphasis added. Of course, as we’ve seen in the health care debate to date, the term “disinformation†is used by the Obama White House as a catchall to describe any opposition to the President’s push for single-payer, government-run health care — meaning the White House wants to be informed of any forwarded emails or blog posts or any “casual conversations†that could be taken as opposition to their health care overhaul plan. The White House has, as yet, offered no explanation of what it is they plan to do with the tips on policy opposition they hope to receive from citizen informers. Interestingly, as Jake Tapper pointed out on Twitter this morning, the title of that post on the White House is a quote from John Adams’ 1770 “Argument in Defense of the Soldiers in the Boston Massacre Trials.â€
The Democrat front group AARP talks to its members like they are children http://www.breitbart.tv/aarp-reps-cancel-listening-session-after-participants-refuse-to-keep-their-comments-quiet/ CommonSense August 6th, 2009 - 3:30 pm Look at these well dressed MONSTERS! My goodness how they are just so violent and aggressive! i see how Nancy Pelosi thinks these Nazi’s are out to hurt people! And I see Barbara Boxers point on how these Radicals are only interested in hurting DEAR LEADER! This GOVERNMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! Hope and Change to throw our elderly under the bus! (verp) doogle August 6th, 2009 - 3:31 pm I love these American Patriots! Roger August 6th, 2009 - 3:31 pm What if the pushy mob is right on this one? Mobs may take on a life all their own, but normally need a reason to get worked up. This may be a time like the French revolution when things could not be tolerated any longer. Barney August 6th, 2009 - 3:32 pm If the AARP isn’t going to support their folks, time to cancel your membership. Eileen for Freedom/Liberty August 6th, 2009 - 3:34 pm America…AARP is in big trouble in America and do not even know it! They have endorsed a plan that the majority of Americans, and many of them Seniors, do not want! If they don’t change their endorsement, America will need to change their membership in AARP to “cancelledâ€! The people in power in this nation have no idea how angry Americans are at what is taking place in our nation’s capital! Why not, America? I know it…I feel it…I read it in every comment on many, many sites! You know why they don’t know it, America? Because they have tuned out their constituents…they have put a deaf ear to our calls, our emails, our letters and now our voices as we attend Town Hall Meetings! They want to come out in middle America and dictate to us why they are voting for this “overhaul†of existing healthcare system to justify their vote. But that is not what a Town Hall Meeting is to be…they are to come home and hear their “constituents†and what they want! They should come home to “listen†to us…we have already heard what they have to say…we have read it in the paper…we have viewed it on the TV…we have read it in their newsletters…we have read it on their web pages…when have they done the same for us? The Town Hall meetings are where it is to be…where they listen to “us†and why we do not want an overhaul of the best healthcare in the world. America…keep it up! Keep speaking up and speaking out…if your voices get loud at a Town Hall…it is just that they can’t hear in a normal voice your concerns! Make note of who they are, make note of what they say and how they treat you…then when 2010 comes around…kick them to the curb…we don’t need representatives who don’t represent! ================================= THE REVOLUTION OF THE SILENT MAJORITY - SILENT NO MORE! 1. GETTING INFORMED 2. GETTING INVOLVED DON’T TREAD ON US…WE PAY YOUR BILLS…IN WASHINGTON AND IN YOUR HOME! Jack Kennedy August 6th, 2009 - 3:35 pm when is the mob going to learn that they are here to give aarp the money and be happy getting screwed by aarp and obamadeathcare john August 6th, 2009 - 3:35 pm Those vicious thugs!!! Oh well, I’m sure the Union volunteers will help keep the peace. Floyd Wray August 6th, 2009 - 3:36 pm My wife and I were about to sign up for AARP. Not now! Thanks for your mindless support of a system that will eventually kill us off through denial-of-service. I can get that now, with my crappy insurance company, without your assistance. JohnnyAmerican August 6th, 2009 - 3:36 pm Outstanding people. stand up for our rights. I am proud that these people stood up to these Libs who are trying to sell us a bill a goods that is going to fail. Susan August 6th, 2009 - 3:37 pm AARP has pretty corrupted from it’s beginning. Cancel your membership and save your dollars!!! AARP is interesting in only doing the preaching and not the listening!! Susan August 6th, 2009 - 3:37 pm AARP has been corrupted from it’s beginning. Cancel your membership and save your dollars!!! AARP is interesting in only doing the preaching and not the listening!! Darrell Mc Neill August 6th, 2009 - 3:39 pm The A.A.R.P. blames their members for walking out of the meeting? She was just working for the President and not for the membership of A.A.R.P.. It’s time to take our country back from those who think they know much better than their voters do. Throw the bums out of office who will not work or listen to their voters. Darrell Baskin August 6th, 2009 - 3:39 pm This is what makes America great, and for all those liberals that don’t like everyday citizens voicing their opinion, I’m sure you’ll be much more at home in China or Cuba where the government’s opinion is the only opinion. Sol Roth August 6th, 2009 - 3:40 pm Dr. 0bama’s care = http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WbJTBBoDFH0 Wizard August 6th, 2009 - 3:41 pm People are tired and want to talk to their officials. Officials are not used of listening to the people they serve. Direct collision course. Kevin August 6th, 2009 - 3:42 pm Swastikas? Someone needs to get Pelosi some serious mental health counseling. Fred August 6th, 2009 - 3:43 pm Cancelled my memebership after the second GWB election. It was apparent during that election that they were using my money to support policies/candidates that I found onerous and when the took on Glover as a spokesman - that was the final straw. Cut up my card and mailed it back to them. Debbie August 6th, 2009 - 3:43 pm I have a renewal coupon sitting on my table, but after seeing this with the members walking out, I don’t believe I’m going to reup, I think I will opt to send money for lifetime membership to NRA instead, cause obviously aarp is not for us. vince August 6th, 2009 - 3:44 pm my membership wiil not get renewed! mikecampbelly2k August 6th, 2009 - 3:45 pm AARP has been the single biggest advocate of a “single-payer†Canadian style health care system for the last 30 years at least. They were behind the failed Clinton attempt at socialized medicine. AARP wants total socialism in the health care economy. Is it any wonder they don’t want opposition to the Obama health care take over? AARP stands for one thing - more benefits for Senior Citizens paid for by younger working people. They want a single-payer system so that all health care expenses including the fabulously expensive long-term care for nursing home seniors is covered by the Federal Government. That way, their 20 million plus members can push Congress to enact any new and expensive benefit they want - and the future generations can pay for it! More freedom loving activists need to get into the AARP reps. face! It’s time to say NO! to one of the worst socialist lobbies! Hmmmmmmmmmm August 6th, 2009 - 3:45 pm Is there an alternative to the AARP? I want to cancel my membership, the contempt that those representatives had for the membership is sickening. Noel August 6th, 2009 - 3:48 pm AARP has jumped the shark like the unions and MADD! Corruption is rampant in this country. It’s sickening. Craig H. August 6th, 2009 - 3:48 pm Even though I’m not 50 yet, I made it a point to let the AARP know that policies like this will keep me from joining their ranks. The actions taken by their representatives were certainly not inclusive, and it was clear they were being driven by some political standards they looked to set. Michael August 6th, 2009 - 3:49 pm AARP “claims†they are bipartisan but in reality they are a noted liberal organization that seeks to push more government control into the lives of American citizens and, as you can guess, they highly favor Barack Obama’s health care reform initiative. >> They can sure dish out their own agenda to their own members but as you can see in the video they sure can’t take a little “reality check†questioning from the members themselves can they? Typical liberal mind set I might add. “Don’t listen†to the very people they are suppose to represent. yportbill August 6th, 2009 - 3:49 pm Quit the AARP now I did. They are self serving idiots. Tyrone August 6th, 2009 - 3:50 pm Astroturf. How dare Americans standup for their 1st amendment rights. Obama knows what’s best for you. Obama will pay my and your mortgage, Obama will buy you a new car. Obama will make the US look like Cuba, just like Castro did. LOD_NYPD August 6th, 2009 - 3:50 pm She (the speaker) was obviously antagonistic - and she was prepared to say what she did - as will congressman at their town hall meetings this month. Cancel AARP August 6th, 2009 - 3:50 pm I have already cancelled my membership, and so have many of my friends and relatives. This organization is not standing up for the “retired peopleâ€. They are here to take your money and give to special interests. If everyone cancels their membership, auto insurance, life insurance, etc.,etc.,etc. AARP would be unable to survive. Chris E August 6th, 2009 - 3:51 pm :reported: to flag@whitehouse.gov NON-swastika-wearing/hate-manufacturing "angry mob" member August 6th, 2009 - 3:51 pm Hey AARP, Pelosi, Reid and 0bama, Take YOUR “healthcare reform†bill and SH0VE IT WHERE THE SUN DON’T SHINE! John T. August 6th, 2009 - 3:51 pm The more people see for themselves what the AARP “leaders†really are - a non-profit special interest group specializing in selling health insurance at a profit - the sooner the AARP front will crumble. This group does NOTHING for older people. Just look at the way the female AARP staff speaker was talking down to the audience, dictating the agenda as usual, and reacting childishly when the older people refused to listen to AARP propaganda. Cancel your AARP membership - that’s one way your voice will be heard. ed357 August 6th, 2009 - 3:52 pm I wonder if the “Lady†running the meeting for AARP is even eligible for membership in AARP…… Just like the people in Congress and Government that are trying to push through HealthCare Reform…… It has to affect them to get the proper service and consideration…… If you’re not invested in it why would you care how “crappy†it is. walt daniels August 6th, 2009 - 3:53 pm I dropped them already John H August 6th, 2009 - 3:54 pm Is that her butt or is she towing a travel trailer? Rick August 6th, 2009 - 3:54 pm AARP is pretty much a left-wing group. The sad thing is that so many deluded people know nothing about current events and political issues and think AARP actually represents the interests of senior citizens. TWK August 6th, 2009 - 3:54 pm Figure it out for yourself. 40 million retired Americans sending AARP 10 dollars each. Thats $400 Million. Read their annual report to see what they do with your money. Family owned insurance business. SockRayBlue August 6th, 2009 - 3:54 pm AARP has its own agenda and uses the elderly for their own ends. Now that the Baby Boomer’s are entering the ranks of retirees things need to be stirred up. Hopefully the lessons of Vietnam and the ‘68 Democratic Convention haven’t been forgotten. Scott August 6th, 2009 - 3:55 pm I have been receiving AARP Membership literature for years, but have never sent them a penny. I would council everyone to drop their membership. They never poll their members, they just tell them what they should think without asking. Pobbo August 6th, 2009 - 3:56 pm Considering that the membership of AARP are the highest users of medical care and facilities, you would NORMALLY think they would be the most concerned but this obvious proposal rationing…. but noooooooooo! They don’t give a flying flip. Just another libtard arm of this socialist government takeover. You folks who are senior citizens have been warned for years and years about this group and the Democrat party - but you pull that lever like Pavlov’s dogs. CAN YA hear me now? The threats they made for years that your social security would be taken away - did that happen? did you get the cost of living increases? did you keep pulling that just to be sure? and now your health care is REALLY gonna be taken away - boy, you sure out smarted everyone didn’t you? Lisa August 6th, 2009 - 3:56 pm I work for a consumer market research firm and AARP recently commissioned a public opinion poll with us. One of the questions on the poll was “Have you ever been denied treatment or services by your insurance company?†I NEVER, and I mean NEVER got one respondent that said yes. Nobody that I spoke with had EVER been denied treatment by their insurer. AARP KNOWS this information and here they have their “volunteers†telling these people the exact opposite. Ya gotta wonder, folks. . .what’s the agenda here? Why the lies? Why the collusion? It’s time for Americans to keep up this pressure and REFUSE to have this crap forced upon us. Ed Hudgins August 6th, 2009 - 3:56 pm I noticed that one of the guys who spoke from the audience, at timestamp 4:10, had a shirt with the word “Shrug†on it and an picture of Atlas holding up the world. Ayn Rand’s “Atlas Shrugged†is what we’re living through! irishkay August 6th, 2009 - 3:57 pm I am 61 - and I want to be on record stating this: Government: STAY OUT OF MY MEDICAL RECORDS STAY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNTS STAY OUT OF MY PERSONAL BUSINESS STAY OUT OF MY IRS RECORDS STAY AWAY FROM MY HOME (ACORN) AND: DO NOT TAX ME ON ‘YOUR’ HEALTH CARE - IF I NEED IT, I’LL PAY FOR IT! YOU WON’T FORCE ME! DO NOT ‘ORDER’ ME TO HAVE HEALTH CARE I DON’T WANT OR NEED DO NOT SEND ACORN TO MY HOME TO TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT TO FORCE ON ME DO NOT TOUCH MY PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNTS DO NOT TAX ME ON ANYTHING BUT INCOME TAX DO NOT DECIDE HOW I LIVE OR HOW I DIE DO NOT STOP ME FROM GETTING HEALTH RELATED SERVICES JUST BECAUSE ‘YOU’ THINK I’M OLD! DO NOT TAMPER WITH MY IRS ACCOUNT DO NOT THINK THAT YOU ARE IN CONTROL OVER ME - I AM A FREE AMERICAN CITIZEN - NOT YOUR EXPERIMENT! Mad Dog August 6th, 2009 - 3:58 pm I just cancelled my AARP membership. They are a joke and I am not laughing. Obama is what you get when you allow illegals, idiots and welfare recipients the right to vote! Dave TX August 6th, 2009 - 3:58 pm Lady Liberty is finally, once again, waking up. Kevin August 6th, 2009 - 3:58 pm I told the AARP to stick it when they first started sending me mail when I turned 50. That was 7 years ago. Correct me if I’m wrong, but doesn’t the AARP receive tax dollars to lobby for itself? There’s no way that’s right. Blondie at the beginning of the vid bailed way too early, and she treated the audience like children. What was she maybe 40? Coward.
Joe... You've got the right church, but the wrong preacher. I read you loud and clear with the first post, and who that broad thought she was fooling is beyond me. At least, I would hope. I find that I've been placing too much faith in the average human being lately. I granted too much faith in the average person to discriminate between right and wrong, good and evil, government and oppression. I was way off. I don't like to admit defeat, but I placed far too much trust in humanity. There are far too many people that rely on government to provide for a portion of what would typically fall under the category of 'bringing home the bread' - it never fails to sicken me when I see caste after caste of people turning to the government for financial assistance, when the government can't even fund itself. Don't get me fucking started.
Well maybe this will make you feel better. From Neal Boortz's web page: I did all I could last night to research this bit on the Internet. Snopes had nothing. This is a message an airplane pilot sent to his colleagues after one particular flight:
