Anyone ever use them? I don't dryclean anything even if it calls for it, but I just bought an expensive comforter set and it's dryclean only and I paid too much for it and like it too much to mess it up. I was reading about how bad the chemicals are in drycleaning (perc I think was one) and wondered about these kits you buy to use with your dryer and wonder if they work?

I don't plan on getting them dirty, but I don't feel good about putting something I just bought on my bed without being cleaned first. It makes me feel icky.

Get one of those steamers they keep advertising on the commerical channel. That's how I keep my clothes wrinkle-free and fresh between dry cleans.

I took the comforter back. I wasn't 100% crazy about it anyway.

I need cotton that can be washed repeatedly.

Besides, that comforter was a bitch to find anything to match it. I had to take the curtains back that I bought too.

Yeah, but something about it kinda reminded me of these sheets my sister used to have and I hate my sister.

looks silky... and silky bed stuff always gets those little fuzzy snag things. Be glad you took it back.

They are useful. when you get done you can just wipe your junk off on one of them and throw it on the floor.

    *The more you know!
