You did like read through the older posts before joining right? This is the place you can pretty much say what you want, and how you want, to anyone here and no one will get mad at you, well most people want get mad. There used to be a nice long initiation period where basically everyone bashed on the newb till they either left or decided this was the place for them.

Then it just continues in perpetuity.
