I am going to make some Klien bottles

in the next week or two. Anyone interested (Fuglites get them at material costs)

Im suprised restaraunts dont use those for drink carafs(SP?).

Of course I dont know how much they cost to make, and I am sure they would be a pain in the ass to clean.

you can use them for home vessels, a lot of artsy chefs use them to hold flavored oils and such

 

Yea, I was thinking my wife would like one to put her extra virgin olive oil in.

 

If its super thin, I'd break it. This is why I had to buy really heavy drinking glasses last time.

I decided that i am going to start making picture frames, mirrors, coasters and magnets. pier one wont have shit on me.

 

What makes it "extra" virgin? Is there a hymen in the bottom of the bottle sitting like a tequila grub? Do you keep a bottle in the bedside table?
